Investment cost is in the region of N45, 000,000. This includes franchise fee, construction, enquipment and technical fees, contingency and working capital. However, total investment cost may vary slightly depending on location and nature of construction.

| I already have a property in a good location. Why can't i use it for the business? |
For the purpostes of control, continuity and consistency of ground rules, the franchise relationship is better managed if the property belongs to Tantalizers.

| How long does it takes to start the business after signing the franchise agreement? |
The business will commence in 20 week once the location and cost are agreed and all the payments made.

| Can Tantalizers assist in getting a bank loan? |
It is the responsibility of the franchisee to source for loan. However, Tantalizers is ready to make available information about the viability of business to the financier on request.

| How long will it take me to recoup my investment? |
The pakage period is about 3 years

| Can i do this business jointly with some of my friends? |
That is your personal decision, but Tantalizers will only enter into agreement with an individual

| What happens to my investment if Tantalizers and I need to part ways after starting the business? |
There are enough provisions in the franchise agreements to deal with this situation. Tantalizers will take over such an outlet and work out according to the accounting records what is due to the franchisee

| Can I source to provide the requirement for operation? |
No. Tantalizers will source and install equipment so that the benefits of past experience and discounts on volume purchase are not lost.

| Can I become a Tantalizers franchisee while still engaged in some other business? |
Fast food business is a full time business. An owner/operator is more likely to succeed than somebody who is not always on ground to oversee daily operations.

| Can I introduce a new product in my outlet? |
You cannot, except by written approval from Tantalizers management. This is to ensure uniform product range across all Tantalizers outlets.
