At the very top is the Board of Directors who have responsibility for strategic decision making and long term planning for the company. The Tantalizer's board is made up of:
The Management comitte headed by the Managing Director/ CEO is responsible for the Day-to-day running of the Company. The young, articulate and seasoned professionals who are heads of various functions in the organisation.
The outlets being the heart of Tantalizers business, is headed in each location by an outlet Manager. The Outlet Managers report to the Business Manager or Regional Manager. The entire operations/ business of each outlet is the responsibility of the outlet manager.

DR. JAIYE OYEDOTUN(CHAIRMAN)
Dr. Oyedotun graduated from University of Lagos, Akoka with a First Class honours degree in Business Administration in 1975. He had a Masters degree in Business Administration from Columbia University, New York, USA in 1978 and obtained his Doctorate degree (PhD) in 1985 with specialization in Finance and Applied Statistics.
He had worked in various institutions like: Kwara State College of Technology, Ilorin, University of Lagos, and University of IOWA as a lecturer. He also made foray into the financial industry where he had a distinguished and successful career as a first class banker. He worked at various times with NAL Merchant Bank Ltd, NAL Towers Securities Ltd., and rose to the position of General Manager/Chief Executive of the Nigerian Stockbrokers Limited [a subsidiary of NAL Merchant Bank Plc).
He was a former Honourable Commissioner for Health in Osun State (1992 and 1993), and was also at various times the Managing Director/Chief Executive of First Trustees Limited [a fully-owned subsidiary of First Bank of Nigeria Plc), and Marina International Bank Limited, which has now merged with Access Bank Plc. He won the following awards: Elf Scholar in the University of Lagos in 1973, and BETA GAMMA SIGMA for Outstanding Performance at the Doctoral Level from the University of Iowa, Iowa City, USA in 1985.
Dr. Oyedotun was recently appointed Chairman, Board of Directors, Tantalizers PLC, and he is presently an Executive Director in Nigerian Airspace Management Agency (NAMA).
MR. MUYIWA KUPOLUYI(NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR)
Mr. Kupoluyi graduated from University of Ibadan with a B.Sc. (Honours) degree in Agric Economics in 1975. He started his professional accounting career with the firm of Coopers & Lybrand (now PriceWaterHouseCoopers) in 1976 where he became an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA) in 1980. He was elected a Fellow of the Institute (FCA) in 1990 and rose to the position of Divisional Manager, Business Services at Coopers & Lybrand in 1986.
He joined Rank Xerox Nigeria Ltd in 1986 as the Finance Manager and was on internationalization to Xerox Head Office in the UK in 1992 as expatriate Assistant Field Controller, Africa and Middle East. On his return to Xerox Nigeria in 1994, he became the Finance Director, a position he held until he resigned in 2000.
Mr. Kupoluyi was a one time Consultant Chief Finance Officer with UTC Nigeria Plc, between 2002 and 2003. He is currently the Executive Chairman of Allied Gas Limited. He is also the Managing Consultant of Alpgam Investment Plc, a company floated by the Nigerian Association of Liquefied Petroleum Gas Marketers (ALPGAM). He is on the Board of other companies like: Gasoil Nigeria Limited, Afrotec Industries Nigeria Limited, to mention a few. He is a Non-Executive Director of Tantalizers PLC.
MR. GABRIEL OJESEKHOBA(EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR)
Gabby has responsibility for Human Resources Development and Outdoor Catering services in Tantalizers. He graduated from University of Ife (Now Obafemi Awolowo University) as a Metallurgical and Materials Engineer in 1986, and obtained an MBA in 2004. He worked as Head Engineer, Foundary Shop, O. C. Odion Enterprises, and in 1989, he was the Head Engineer, Machine Shop, Eureka Metals Ltd. He later joined Xerox Nigeria Limited as a Sales Executive in the same year. He became Brand Sales Manager and Training Manager respectively over a 12?year period. In 2002, he was appointed General Manager, Human Resources Development at Tantalizers, and given responsibility for Tantalizers Outdoor Services (TOS), in addition to Human Resources Development in 2005. He was appointed Executive Director, Human Resources Development / Tantalizers Outdoor Services in 2008.
HON. OLATUNJI BELLO(NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR)
He holds both Bachelors of Science degree in Political Science from University of Ibadan (1984) and Bachelors of Law (LL.B) honours from University of Lagos, Nigeria (2000). He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2001. Honourable Bello also holds a Masters degree (ML.D) in International Law & Diplomacy from University of Lagos (1987).
He was a one time Honourable Commissioner for the Environment in Lagos State. Honourable Bello had worked with various companies like First Bank of Nigeria, Concord Press Nigeria Ltd., St. Petersburg Times, Florida USA, to mention just a few. He had various publications to his credit ranging from business to politics. He is a member of the following bodies: Nigerian Bar Association, Nigerian Society of International Law, Nigerian Guild of Editors, Nigerian Union of Journalist, and Civil Liberty Organization.
He equally won many awards such as Concord Award for Journalistic Excellence and Bravery in 1990, Winner of Concord Publisher?s Award for Best Editorial Manager in 1990, and Winner, Alfred Friendly Press Fellowships (USA) in 1992. Honourable Bello was at various times the Editor, National Concord, Editor, Sunday Concord, and Chairman, Editorial Board of ThisDay Newspapers. He is currently a guest columnist with ThisDay newspaper, and a Non-Executive Director of Tantalizers PLC.
MR. MOFOLUSO AYENI(VICE CHAIRMAN)
He graduated from University of Nigeria, Nsukka in 1975 with a first class honours degree in Psychology and joined Centre for Management Development as a Management Research Assistant in 1976. In 1979, he obtained an MBA from McGill University, Montreal, Canada.
In 1980, he joined Lever Brothers Nigeria Limited (now Unilever) as Brand Manager in-training. He left Lever Brothers Nigeria Limited as a Product Group Manager for appointment in Xerox Nigeria Limited as Business Strategy Manager in 1986. From 1987 to 1995, he held various positions in Xerox Nigeria including General Manager Marketing, expatriation with Rank Xerox International in the United Kingdom and General Manager, Sales. He was appointed to the Board as Deputy Managing Director, Xerox H.S. (Nigeria) Limited in 1996. He retired from Xerox H.S in 1999 after 13 years of service to join Tantalizers Limited as the Executive Chairman. He recently resigned his position as the Executive Chairman, and was reappointed the Vice Chairman, Board of Directors, Tantalizers PLC, in non-executive capacity.
Mr Ayeni hold various Board appointments in several organisations including: Chairman, Senkay Nigeria Limited ? a property development company, Chairman, Advisory Board of Enterprises Development Services (EDS), Lagos Business School; Member, Board of Directors, Leap Africa ? a leadership development NGO; Vice Chairman, Advisory Board, University of Ibadan Centre for Entrepreneurship and Innovation; Member, Advisory Board, University of Lagos Centre for Entrepreneurship and Good Governance; Member, Advisory Board, University of Nigeria, Nsukka Centre for Entrepreneurship and Development Research. He is a Fellow of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (FNIMN) and a joint recipient of the FATE Foundation Model Entrepreneur Award 2005. His main focus and pre-occupation is to help develop Entrepreneurship in Nigeria with a special attention on our higher Institutions.

She joined Lever Brothers Nigeria Limited in 1980 as management trainee and left in 1991 as Product Group Manager to run Senkay Nigeria Limited. She is a Fellow of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (FNIMN) and a joint recipient of the FATE Foundation Model Entrepreneur Award 2005.
MR. ADEMOLA OLOKETUYI(DEPUTY MANAGING DIRECTOR)
He oversees the new outlet development and technical support arms of the business. He graduated with B.Sc. in Biochemistry from University of Ilorin in 1981, and obtained an MBA from University of Lagos in 1996. He joined Avon Cosmetics Nigeria Limited as manufacturing supervisor in 1982. From 1989 to 1992, he was with Johnson Wax Limited and held positions of Assistant Product Manager, Product Manager and Senior Manager. In 1992, he was appointed Business Development Manager, Rank Xerox Limited. In 1995 to 2000, he worked with Xerox H. S. (Nigeria) Limited and rose to the position of Supply Chain Manager. He was appointed Managing Director of First Bite Limited (the logistic arm of Tantalizers Limited) in 2000, and rose to the position of Deputy Managing Director, Tantalizers in 2003. He is a member of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (MNIMN).
MR. OLUMIDE ALE(EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR)
Olumide is charged with the responsibility of running all the established outlets in addition to overseeing the Tantalizers Franchise program. He graduated from Ondo state University, Ado-Ekiti (Now Ekiti State University) with a second class upper, B.Sc Degree in Biochemistry in 1988, and obtained an M.Sc. Degree in Biochemistry with specialization in Toxicology from University of Ilorin in 1991. He started his career with a private concern as an Advert Executive and later joined Cadbury Nigeria Plc as a Management Trainee in 1992. While in Cadbury he held various positions including Assistant Brand Manager, Brand Manager, and Advertising & Sales Promotions Manager. He joined Xerox H.S. Nigeria Limited as Advertising/Promotions Manager in 1998 and was appointed as Product Group Manager in 1999. In 2000, he joined Tantalizers Limited as General Manager, Operations Supports with responsibilities for New Business, Marketing, Maintenance and Information Technology. He was appointed Executive Director, New Business & Franchise in 2004.
MR. BAMIDELE OKE(EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR)
Mr. Oke oversees finance, accounting and IT functions. In 1994, he left Smithkline for Capital Services Ltd (a subsidiary of Negris Ltd) an Oil Services Company as Head of Finance. He was appointed as Divisional Accountant (Technical) of SGS Nig. Ltd ? another Oil Services Company in 1998. In 2000, he moved to Nigerian Bottling Company PLC and held various positions including Finance Manager, Ilorin Plant, Jos, Ikeja, Agidingbi, Lagos and Head Office, Lagos. He joined Tantalizers Ltd as General Manager, Finance in 2006. He was appointed Executive Director, Finance in 2008.
ALHAJI MUNIR MOHAMMED JA'AFARU(NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR)
He graduated from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria with a Bachelors of Law (LL.B) honours (1979) and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1980 as a Barrister and Solicitor. Alhaji Ja?afaru also holds a Masters of Law (LL.M) from the same university (1983). He attended the famous National Institute of Policy and Strategic Studies, Kuru (1991).
He was at various times the Honourable Commissioner for Local Government and Community Development, Honourable Commissioner for Information, Home Affairs and Culture, Honourable Commissioner for Agriculture and Natural Resources, Kaduna State. He was a one time Director-General and Chief Executive of National Maritime Authority, and also a Director in many organizations like Nigerian Hotels Limited, Leasing Company of Nigeria, Chairman, NEM Insurance Plc. He was a former President of Kaduna Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture.

MR. HENRY AREBUN( ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER, MARKETING)
Mr. Arebun is in charge of the marketing team. He graduated from Bendel State University (now Ambrose Alli University), Ekpoma in 1987, with B.Sc honours in Chemistry. In 1990 he had his M.Sc in Analytical Chemistry from University of Ibadan and Joined Jecon Lamps, Agbara as Laboratory Chemist same year. In 1991 he joined Guinness Nig. PLC as Management Trainee, Production. He was appointed Shift Brewer in the Ikeja Brewery of Guinness Nig PLC in 1992. In 1996 he joined Johnson Wax Nig. Ltd as Production Superintendent from where he moved to Xerox H. S. Nig. Ltd as Account Executive in 1996. In 1997, he was appointed Marketing Analyst, Paper, Consumables & Office Supplies with Xerox H. S. Nig. Ltd. With an MBA from University of Lagos in 1999, he was appointed Marketing Coordinator, Fax, Paper, Consumables & Office Supplies with Xerox H. S. Nig. Ltd. Between 2001 and 2004 he held various positions from Brand Manager, Tantalizers, Business Development Manager, First Bite, Business Development Manager, Tantalizers, Senior Brand Manager, Tantalizers, and Marketing Manager. He was promoted Assistant General Manager, Marketing, Tantalizers, in 2006.
MR. YOMI LIOPO(ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER, PERSONNEL/ADMIN)
Mr. Liopo is charged with the responsibility for personnel and administration functions. He graduated from the University of Lagos with a B.Sc. honours in Political Science in 1992, and obtained an M.Sc. in same discipline with bias for Public Administration from the University of Ibadan in 1994. He joined International Textile Industry (a subsidiary of Churchgate Group) as Personnel Officer in 1996, and moved to Ocean Fisheries Limited (also a subsidiary of Churchgate Group) in 1997 as Admin/Personnel Officer. In 2000, he was promoted Assistant Manager, Admin/Personnel in Churchgate Group. He joined Dangote Holdings Limited in 2001 and combined the Administration/Human Resources functions at Dansa Foods Limited and Bulk Pack Ports Operations. In 2002, he moved to Dangote Bulk Pack Services Limited as Administration/HR Manager, and was appointed Personnel Manager in 2006 at Tantalizers Limited. He was promoted Assistant General Manager, Personnel/Admin in 2008.
MR. SOJI ADENUGA(GENERAL MANAGER, SUPPLIES CHAIN)
Mr Adenuga has the responsibility for managing the Supply Chain function of Tantalizers. He graduated from the University of Ibadan with a B.sc (Hons) in Physics, and later obtained an M.Sc degree in Atmospheric Physics from the same institution in 1991. He also has an MBA from the University of Lagos (1997). He worked in DHL International Nigeria Limited between 1992 and 2001 and managed various functions including Sales Administration, Customer Automation and Divisional Operations. He joined Promasidor Nigeria Limited (formerly Cowbell Nigeria Limited) in 2002 and managed all the different functions in the Supply Chain during his sojourn i.e. Logistics, Shipping (Import, Clearing & Export), Production and Purchasing (local & offshore). He has attended several courses on Transport, Warehousing and Supply Chain Management in UK and Lagos Business School. He left Promasidor Nigeria Limited in 2007, and was involved in private business and consultancy. He joined Tantalizers as the General Manager ? Supply Chain in 2008
MR. SEGUN EKUNDAYO(GENERAL MANAGER, OUTSTATIONS OPERATIONS)
Mr. Ekundayo is in charge of the Company?s operations in the Northern and Eastern regions. He graduated from University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University, OAU) in Food Sciences & Technology in 1992. He was appointed Asst. Brewer for Cellars operations with Dubic Breweries Ltd in 1993. He was appointed Production Supervisor for Venus Processing and Packaging Ltd in 1994 and in the same year was appointed Production Supervisor for Columbia Int. Ltd. with responsibilities for Industrial / Table salts production. In 1996, he moved to Family Foods Limited as Bakery Supervisor. He was appointed the pioneer Unit Manager for Tantalizers with responsibilities for Products handling, Outlet Aesthetics, Customer Satisfaction, etc in 1997. In 1999, he was promoted to Senior Manager, Operations with responsibilities for four outlets and in 2001 promoted to Asst. General Manager, Operations with responsibilities for developing the Northern business starting with Abuja. He was promoted to the position of Deputy General Manager, Operations in 2004, and promoted General Manager, Outstations Operations in 2008.

MRS. FOLAWE ADEWAKUN(ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER, QUALITY ASSURANCE)
Mrs. Adewakun is in charge of the Company?s quality assurance functions. She graduated from the University of Lagos with a B.Sc. honours in Microbiology in 1995, and obtained both M.Sc. in same discipline in 1997 and an MBA in 2000 from the University of Lagos. She joined Lever Brothers (now Unilever) as Microbiologist in 1996, and moved to Gawo Pharmaceuticals as Microbiologist in 1998 with responsibility of creating and running the Microbial Laboratory. In 2001, she was appointed Head of Quality Assurance in Gawo Pharmaceutical Ltd, and joined Jagal Pharmaceutical in 2002 as Head of Quality Assurance. She joined Tantalizers Limited in 2003 as Quality Assurance Manager, and was promoted Senior Manager, Quality Assurance in 2004. In 2008, she was promoted Assistant General Manager, Quality Assurance.
